Colin H. Albers
Colin H. Albers, CMFC®, received his BS in business administration from Emporia State University. He went on to graduate from the Colorado Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado, Boulder. After spending 19 years in commercial banking, including four years as a bank president, Colin began his financial planning career in 1993. In 1997, he obtained his Chartered Mutual Fund CounselorSM (CMFC®) designation to further emphasize his work in the financial services industry. Since then he has built a financial planning practice dedicated to helping his clients reach their retirement goals.
Colin and his wife, Teresa, reside in Nebraska City. They have two grown children and 12 grandchildren.
Colin and Teresa enjoy volunteering in the community, as well as many outside activities, including hiking, golfing, gardening, and watching Husker football.
Chris Johnson is a graduate of Iowa Western Community College with an agricultural business degree and Nebraska College of Business with an accounting degree. Chris started his own tax and accounting practice in 1989. He passed the enrolled agent exam in 1991 to be able to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Chris joined Waddell & Reed as a financial advisor in 1995. He operated both businesses until 2011 when he became a full-time advisor with Waddell & Reed. Chris became a financial advisor to help more people in the community pursue their financial goals and plan for their future.
Chris and his wife, Kathy, reside in Sidney, Iowa, and have two children and five grandchildren. His hobbies include boating, motorcycling, and flying.

He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®, and has a life and health insurance license. Colin is passionate about creating detailed financial plans and working with his clients on their unique financial situations to implement solutions that achieve their goals.
Colin earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska and a master's degree from Bellevue University. He enjoys attending all of his kid’s activities. For his son, Nate, this is baseball, basketball, and football. For his daughter, Addie, this is soccer, basketball, and swim team. He also enjoys Husker sports, golf, and running.
Born and raised in South Omaha, Kevyn started his career managing the margin and option desks at TD Ameritrade, where he was employed for 11 years. Kevyn also helped manage several acquisitions throughout his tenure at TD Ameritrade.
As Managing Principal for the Omaha Division of Waddell & Reed from 2008-2016, Kevyn was responsible for recruiting and selection, marketing and sales, compliance and general office management. In 2017, Kevyn forged a partnership with several advisors and friends to create Pathfinder Wealth Advisors. Kevyn also purchased and remodeled an office building for his practice. Kevyn has a passion for serving others and building investment and financial plans.
Kevyn is a graduate of Creighton University with a degree in economics, received an MBA from Bellevue University and holds Finra Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses. His wife Martha is full-time Mom to twin twelve-year old girls, Piper and Cameron. Kevyn is very active in Papillion sports and the Papillion community, currently serving on the CHI Midlands Charitable Council and is a member of the Papillion Lions Club. Hobbies include coaching kids, woodworking, camping, and wakeboarding and skiing with the kids.
John Hogeland is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a BA in business education. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®. John also has a life and health insurance license. He started as a financial advisor in 2013. Prior to that, John was a bank loan officer for nine years. John specializes in helping his clients with their unique situations involving financial planning, retirement income planning, and risk management planning.
John’s wife, Linda, is a preschool teacher. The Hogelands have two boys, Alex and Brock. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time outdoors and watching his sons participate in extracurricular activities.
Dave Pease has been a financial advisor 10 years and works out of the Nebraska City office. He enjoys working with clients who need help matching their retirement goals with available assets. He also has developed investment portfolios that address the needs for growth and income.
Prior his career change, Dave worked in the nuclear power field for 30 years. His hobbies are gardening, cooking on the grill, and running half-marathons so he can enjoy eating without the doctor telling him to lose weight.
Dave and his wife, Susan, live in Peru, Nebraska, and have been married more than 30 years. They have three grown children.
Bob Irby graduated from the University of Nebraska - Kearney with a degree in Business Administration. Bob primarily works with businesses and families in northeast and central Nebraska. His focus includes financial planning, retirement income planning, and protecting the lifestyle his clients enjoy, as well as helping them address the other financial challenges that growing a business or raising a family can bring.
Bob has worked as a financial advisor in Columbus, NE since 2004. Prior he had a 25 year career in the electric utility industry, managing utility business offices, serving as a business energy consultant and managing products for the utility.
Bob and his wife Maureen, who is an elementary school teacher, live in Columbus, NE and have 4 children and two grandchildren. Bob enjoys sports and is an outdoor enthusiast.
Anita Clark is a graduate of Northern State University with a degree in psychology. She has worked in the Nebraska City office as an assistant for 10 years. Visiting and working with the clients is her favorite part of her job.
Anita and her husband, Terry, live in Peru, Nebraska, and have two daughters, Emily and Abbey. She enjoys reading, jogging, watching any kind of sports, and spending time with her family.
Megan McHugh is a graduate of Wayne State College and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She works as an assistant to Bob Irby in Columbus. She enjoys getting to know clients and with working with Bob to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Megan and her husband, Ty, live in Columbus with their two young daughters, Emma and Hadley. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
